These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website tenetbet.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Tenetbet, a sole proprietorship operated by Bentz Ewan, CEO, offering sports analysis content, digital products, and subscription services. By accessing the Site or subscribing to any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site and its services, including subscriptions and digital products, you expressly agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in the United Kingdom, including age restrictions and gambling regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Tenetbet may amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services

2.1 Subscriptions

Tenetbet offers monthly subscription plans providing access to sports analysis, evaluations, recommendations, and general sports information. Recommendations may include betting suggestions for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with UK gambling laws. Tenetbet does not place bets or guarantee winnings.

Right of withdrawal:

Users may cancel subscriptions under UK consumer law. For digital content accessed immediately, users must explicitly consent to waive their right of withdrawal before access; otherwise, the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies (see Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

2.2 Digital Products

Tenetbet provides one-off digital products, including e-books on bankroll management, betting strategies, and risk prevention. These are for personal use only. No outcomes or profits are guaranteed.

2.3 Legal Position

Tenetbet is not a gambling operator and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. Users are fully responsible for their compliance with UK gambling laws. Tenetbet does not organise bets, handle transactions, or guarantee any financial outcomes.

3. User Accounts and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Accounts require accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address and secure password. Accounts are available only to persons aged 18 or over, the legal gambling age in the UK. False information may result in suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any suspicious activity immediately. Tenetbet is not liable for unauthorised access caused by negligence.

3.3 Content Access and Data Protection

Accounts and content are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or content is prohibited. Tenetbet implements reasonable security measures, but use is at your own risk.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Subscriptions are monthly, automatically renewed, and non-transferable. Users may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Account sharing breaches these Terms and may result in suspension without refund. Cancellation stops future billing.

4.2 Digital Products

Access is granted immediately upon purchase. Unauthorised sharing infringes Tenetbet’s intellectual property rights. Refunds are not provided once digital content is accessed, except as required under UK consumer law.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant third-party providers (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Tenetbet does not store full payment details. Users warrant that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4.4 Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, breaches, fraud, or security risks. No compensation is payable.

 

4.5 Service Modifications

Tenetbet may modify or suspend services for technical, legal, or maintenance reasons. Users will be notified where reasonably possible. Tenetbet is not liable for indirect consequences of service interruptions.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Services are informational and educational only. Users are solely responsible for compliance with UK laws regarding gambling or betting. Tenetbet is not liable for:

  • Decisions based on our content
  • Accuracy or completeness of information

12. Modifications

Tenetbet may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Users may cancel subscriptions if they disagree.

13. Force Majeure

Tenetbet is not liable for events beyond its control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or regulatory changes in the UK. Obligations are suspended during such events.

14. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts. Arbitration may be used where permitted, provided it does not limit statutory consumer rights under UK law.
